Singing Frog Aboriginal Head Start Centre opened in October of 2003. We are located in East Vancouver and share space with the Grandview Terrace Childcare Centre.

We have two classes running back to back, Monday through Thursday and our hours are from 8:45 am to 2:30 pm.

The Host Agency for our centre, as well as the Eagles Nest AHS program, is the BC Aboriginal Child Care Society.

Our staff has grown to 4 ECEs, a Bus Driver, FIW and a Program Coordinator. We serve a wide range of nations, including Cree, Haida, Tsimshian, Interior Salish, Carrier, Ojibway, and many others.

We are fortunate to have so many great parents who volunteer in the program almost every day, helping with classroom prep, clean-up and supervision. We look forward to having more Elders take part in our program in the future.
