CRUSTLESS SALMON PIE

Recipe by: Chef Tyler Arishenkoff


Cook Time: 35-40 min

Makes: 1 pie


Ingredients:

  • 3 c Mashed potatoes

  • 1/2 c Shredded cheese

  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 c Chopped green onion

  • 1 Egg, beaten

  • 2 cans Salmon, drained

  • Spices to taste (salt, pepper, and dill)


Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Put the mixture into a large, greased pie dish.

  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

  5. Let cool for about 5 minutes then serve hot!


Options:

  • Add chopped green pepper to the mix
